Rhythmical Massage Therapy

Rhythmical Massage Therapy addresses the fluids in the body in all their diverse forms. Our living bodies are composed of between 60 and 70% water onaverage, (though the percentage is lower or higher in different parts of the body). We might associate the blood and lymph with the watery element but in this context it very much includes the muscles and connective tissues/fascia also. This may be easier to relate to if we consider the different states that water exists in, where for example the connective tissue and cartilage can be seen as related to the semi-solid or ‘gel’ state, the blood and lymph to the fluid state and the airways more to the gaseous state…….
